License R-92 for the University of Texas TRIGA Mark I Research, Reactor, and to

Areas examined during the inspection included reactor operations, radiological. l

, controls, emergency preparedness, nuclear materials safeguards, and physical  !

security programs. Within these areas, the inspection consisted of selective- 1

examination of procedures and representative records, interviews-with. >

personnel, and observations by the inspector. The' inspection findings are -j

TDuring this inspection, it was found that certain of your activities were in

' violation of NRC requirements. Consequently, you are required'to respond to

this violation, in writing, in accordance.with:the provisions ~of Section 2.201 l

ofLthe NRC's " Rules ~of Practice," Part 2, Title 10, Code'of Federal i
