Dear Sir:
- Reference 1 submitted proposed Technical Specification changes to relocate cycle specific parameter limits to a utility controlled " Core Operating Umits Report (COLR)." Included was a proposed change to substitute all references to Figure 3.10 2, the hot channel factor normalized
. operating envelope, with reference to the COLR. One such change to page 3.10-9 was inadvertently omitted. A corrected 3.10 9 page is enclosed and should be used in place of the originally submitted page.
