Comments on T/H Phenomena Subcommittee Meeting June 14, 1990 in Bethesda i
The meeting had two unusual presentations on calculational capabilities, one by W.
Wulff and the second by S. Fabic.
The presentation by Wulff was relatively straightforward.
The BNL approach seems promising and deserves further development as a possible operator assistance capability.
The presentation by Fabic did not seem to be as straightforward and left one with the feeling that the plant analyzer program was either incomplete or had elements withheld for commercial reasons.
