Dear Sir or Madam:
Attached please find a document entitled "Penn State University - I Decommissioning Funding Plan for Radiation Research Facilities," which is being submitted in compliance with 10 CFR Part 50.33(k)(2). This single-plan addresses all Penn State facilities licensed for use-of materials persuant to 10 CFR Parts 30, 50, and 70. The plan is also being submitted under a separate cover letter in the manner prescribed by Parts 30 and 70.
The financial assurance document is not yet completed. This will be sent to the NRC as soon as the necessary approvals have been obtained. This will probably require a few weeks.
An exemption of fees for this licensing action is requested under the ;
