The discharges are the. result of the permittee's generation,of electrical power.

The proposed-permit action. consists of the reissuance of the current permit ~vith several minor-revisions-to the permit's requirements and special conditions.

This proposed reissuance is tentative.

= On ~the' basis of preliminary review and application of lawful standards and regulations, the State Water Control Board proposes to reissue the permit subject to certain conditions.

Persons may comment in writing to tne Board on the proposed reissuance of the permit within 30 da shall include the name,ys from the date,of the firat notice.

Comments address and telephone number of the writer and shall contain a complete, concise statement of the factual basis for the comments.

Only those comments received within this period will be considered by the Board.

The Board may, upon request or upon its owri motioni decide to hold a public hearing if it determines that public g
