TVA letter to NRC dated July 10, 1990, "Sequcyah Nuclear Plant:
'(SQN) - Technical Specification (TS) Change 90-15" The referenced letter stated that TVA was requesting. an exeniption to TS 3.0.4 for Limiting Conditions for Operation'(LCO) 3.3.1.1, Item 6.B. and 3.9.2.
The' enclosures ~ to the referenced : letter addressed a change, to LCO 3.9.2 only, 1
.which is TVA's intent. Therefore, weLare issuing this letter to provide a

Ecorrection to' the - ref erence to LCO 3.3.1.1, Item 6.b.. This letter and its enclosures supersede our submittal of the subject change request dated
' July 10. 1990.
In'accordance with 10 CFR 50.90, we are enclosing a requested amendment to
. Licenses DPR-77 and DPR-79 to change the TSs of SQN Units 1 and 2.
The proposed change adds an exemption to TS 3.0.4 for LCO 3.9.2.
.The proposed TS change is' identified'in Enclosure 1.
The justification for the proposed TS change is provided:in Enclosure 2.
A proposed determination t of no ~significant hazards consideration performed pursuant to 10 CFR 50.92 is provided in Enclosure 3.
