'(SQN) - Technical Specification (TS) Change 90-15" The referenced letter stated that TVA was requesting. an exeniption to TS 3.0.4 for Limiting Conditions for Operation'(LCO) 3.3.1.1, Item 6.B. and 3.9.2. The' l enclosures ~ to the referenced : letter addressed a change, to LCO 3.9.2 only,

.which is TVA's intent. Therefore, weLare issuing this letter to provide a Ecorrection to' the - ref erence to LCO 3.3.1.1, Item 6.b. . This letter and its enclosures supersede our submittal of the subject change request dated

' July 10. 1990.

In'accordance with 10 CFR 50.90, we are enclosing a requested amendment to

. Licenses DPR-77 and DPR-79 to change the TSs of SQN Units 1 and 2. The proposed change adds an exemption to TS 3.0.4 for LCO 3.9.2.
