Task Order No. 008, " Emergency Replacement of Operations Center Disk Drives," under Contract No. NRC-26-89-290 t
This confirms verbal authorization provided to L. Bethke on April 6,1990 for emergency replacement of two storage disk drives located in the NRC Headquarters Operations Center.
In accordance with the task order procedures of the subject contract, this letter definitizes Task Order No. 008.
This effort shall be performed in accordance with the enclosed Statement of Work and Comex's proposal dated April 6, 1990.
The installation date for the two storage disk drives is April 9,1990. The total cost ceiling is $8,046.21 (previously authorized verbally).
The amount of $7,663.06 represents the total estimated reimbursable costs and the amount of $383.15 represents the fixed fee.
Funding for this effort is obligated by task order in the amount of
$8,000.00 and under the basic contract in the amount of $46.21, therefore the accounting data for Task Order No. 008 are as follows:
