L Page 2 of 2; t-1 The purpose of this modification is to provio'o additibnal fu'nding in the amount of $33,000 for the issuance of Task Order, No.11 and to increase the tontract ceiling and obligated amounts. Accordlagly, the contract is-(medif.ied as follows:

Under Cection ll.- Supplies or Services and Prices / Costs,,Subsecti6n B.2 entitled " Consideration and Obligation," paragraph a.

the contract ceiling amount is being' increased by $29,365.00 from $224,014.00 to $253,379!00.

YTherefore, paragraphia. is deleted in its entirety and the following 1

paragraph is substituted in lieu thereof:

"a The iotal estimated amount of this contract (ceiling) for the products / services ordered,' delivered, and accepted under this contract is $253,379.00."

In addition, under Subsection B.2, paragraph b., the obligated amountiis being increased:from $220,379.00 by $33,000.00 to'$253,379.00.

There foro,,

the first sentence of paragraph b. is deleted'in its entirety and the following sentence is substituted in lieu thereof:

"b.

The amount presently obligated with respect to this contract is

$253,379.00."
