STRUCTURAL 1.
Clarify whether the test unit was fabricated from the new shell material.
If not, show that the package is adequate with the new shell material.

Specify the gross weight of the te:;t unit.
OPERATING PROCEDURES 1.
Revise the operating procedures to include the specific tests.or measurements that will be made prit.c to each shipment of an empty package to assure that the package is empty. The tests or measurements shculd be capable of detecting the presence of a source-assembly, even if the cable (pigtail) has'been removed or shortened.
