In response to your June 22,1990 letter requesting additional information to complete your review of our PULSTAR Physical Security Plan we are attaching Revision 5 dated July 12,1990. This new revision incorporates the subject matter of your three (3) comments and revision bars appear in the text margin of Revision 5 to identify areas that were changed per your comments.
The attachment to this letter; Revision 5 to the NCSU PULSTAR Physical Security Pian, is e complete document and it supersedes Revision 4 dated April 13,1990.
We request that the enclosed PULSTAR Physical Security Plan be withheld from public disclosure pursuant to 10CFR2.790(d).
