7590-01 UNITED STATES NUCLEAR REGULATORY COW 41SSION CONNECT YANKEE ATOMIC POWER COMPANY DOCKET NO. $0-213 NOTICE OF ISSUANCE OF AMEN 0 MENT TO LACILITYOPERATINGLICENSE The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (Commission) has issued Amendment No.128 to Facility Operating License No. DPR-61 issued to Connecticut Yankee Atomic Power Company, which revised the Technical Specifications for operation of the Haddam Neck Plant located in Middlesex Coutny, Connecticut.

The The amendment will remove Technical Specification (TS) Table 4.4-5,

" Reactor Vessel Material Surveillance Program - Withdrawal Schedule" and delete the references to Table 4.4-5 in TS sections 4.4.9.1.2 and Bases-sectior', Mow Temperature Overpressure Protection Systems."

The application for the amendment complies with the standards and requirements of'the Atomic Energy Act of 1954, as amended (the Act), and the Commission's rules and regulations.
