10 CFR 50.54(p) SUBMITTAL - THE AFRRI TRIGA REACTOR This letter is in response to the changes, submitted under 10 CFR 50.54(p), to the AFRRI TRIGA Reactor, Physical Security Plan dated April 17, May 1, May_10, June 12 and June 26, 1990.  :

We have reviewed the submitted changes and have determined that they are consistent with the provisions of 10 CFR 50.54(p), Accordingly, they are acceptable for inclusion into the plan.

The attachments to the above referenced letters contain information of a ty;;

specified in 10 CFR 2.790(d). Such information is deemed to be commercial or financial information within the meaning of 10 CFR 9.17(a)(4) and shall be subject to disclosure only in accordance with the provisions of 10 CFR 9.19; therefore, the attachments to the letters will be withheld from public disclosure.
