In accordance with Section 185b. of the Atomic Energy Act of 1954, as amended, and Title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulations (10 CFR) 52.103(g), the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) has made the finding that all the acceptance criteria are met for the inspections, tests, analyses, and acceptance criteria (ITAAC) included in Appendix C to combined license [license number] for [plant name]. This finding is effective as of [date]. [If interim operation is allowed, add: Also, the NRC has determined in accordance with Section 189a.(1)(B) of the Atomic Energy Act of 1954, as amended, and 10 CFR 52.103(c) that there is reasonable assurance of adequate protection of the public health and safety during a period of interim operation.
