The purpose of this ' modification is to extend the period of performance at -

no additional cost to.the Government to accommodate the completion of-Optional-Service No.,3,=" Acquisitions Subsystem".

Accordingly, the' l

Section F.3 - Duration of Contract Period is revised to read as follows:.

"F.3 Duration of Contract Period The performance of work described herein shall commence on February

' 1,.1986 and shall expire on March 31, 1989 with_the exception of i

-Task' Orders 2 and 3 which shall be completed by September 30, 1989 i

and Optional Service No. 3, " Acquisitions Subsystem" which shall, be completed no later than September 30, 1990.

No new task orders may be placed after. March 31, 1989."

All other terms and' conditions, including the firm fixed price of

$227,471,94, shall remain the same.
