dated June 21, 1990. We advised LES that we do not~ intend to negotiate the details of this, document, nor do we; intend to use it as a review plan in considering LES'-

.applicationifor licenses to construct and operate the Claiborne Enrichment Center.

LNevertheless,:to provide further: guidance to LES, we agreed to broadly revier the document for significant errors and omissions, and to discuss the results of our-review with LES.

I would appreciate your assistance in reviewing. relevant portions of.the. document. Please provide your comments to me by August = 24,1990, so-that we may consolidate them and prepare.for an expected meeting with LES in September 1990.
