This is a request under the Freedom of Information Act,5 U.S.C. 522(a)(3), as amended.
We hereby request copics of all written communications between the University of l
Mkmuri and the NRC, and between Rockwell International and the NRC, regarding the move of the TRUMP.S project from Rockwell's facility in Santa Susana, California, to the University of Missouri, Columbia.
We further request all documents related to the University of Missouri's application (s) for amendments to its nuclear licenses in order to perform the TRUMP.S project.
We request waiver of any fees for search ac^ copying fees. The Missouri Coalition for the Environment is a non. profit public interest o;ganization, qualified under 6 501(c)(4) of the Internal Revenue Code.
Should the fee waiver be denied, we agree to pay up to $50.00 for search and copying costs. Should the fee be higher than that, please contact us in advance.
