The.

proposed change adds an exemption to TS 3.0.4 for Limiting Conditions for j operation (LCOs) 3.3.1.1. Item 6.b and' 3.9.2.

i The proposed TS change'is identified in Enclosure 1. The justification for the proposed TS change is provided in Enclosure 2. A proposed determination a of no significant hazards consideration periormed pursuant to 10 CFR 50.92 is t provided in Enclosure 3.
