Task Order No. 014 Entitled, " General System Maintenance", Under

-In'accordance with the task order procedures of the subject contract, this E

letter definitizes Task Order No. 014.

This effort shall be performed in accordance with the enclosed Statement of Work and the contractor's

proposal for this. Task Order No. 014 dated June 14, 1990, incorporated herein by reference.

Task Order No. 014 shall be in effect f rom June 18, 1990 through October 31, 1991 with a total cost ceiling of $1,427,889.38, The amount of 6

$1,347,065.45 represents the total estimated reimbursable costs and the amount of $80,823.93 represents the fixed fee.

- The amount presently obligated with respect to this task order is 5450,000.00 of which $424,528.30 represents the total estimated reimbursable costs and the amount of $25,471.70 represents the_ fixed fee, This obligated amount may be unilaterally increased from time to time by

'the Contracting Officer by written modification'to this task order.

The obligated amount shall, at no time, exceed the task order ceiling.

When

.and if the amount (s) paid and payable to the Contractor hereunder shall equal' the obligated amount, the Contractor shall not be obligated to continue performance of the work unless and until the Contracting Officer shall increase the amount obligated with respect to this task order.

Any work undertaken by the Contractor in excess of the obligated amount specified above is done so at the Contractor's sole risk.

The Contractor shall comply with the provisions of 52.232 Limitation of Funds for

- this incrementally funded task order.

Af>$P8A STATEMENT OF WORK This task order consists of general maintenance activities to be assigned by the Project Officer as the need artses.

Activities to be performed under this task order shall consist of, but not be limited to, the following:

1.

Correcting progam problems as required to keep the system operating.

2.

System and prograni enhancements to make the system operate more efficiently or to meet the chtaging needs of the user.

3.

Updating of system and program documentation and procedures.

oew requirements 4.

Implenentation of modifications necessary as the resul:

imposed by policy or regulation.

5.

Computer programming, as required, to implement approved modifications.

The contractor shall provide maintenance support as specifled in the above

activities for the systems listed in attachment. (as well as new systems that become operational during the life of the task order), shown along with the anticipated laber category and hours that may be required.

Contractor shall perform maintenance duties under this task uMer both on site and off site, as required.
