I In accordance with the task order procedures of the subject contract, this letter definitizes Task Order No. 2.
This effort shall be performed in accordance with the enclosed Statement of Work, the Contractor's proposal dated May 17, 1990, and the following telephonic changes of June 1,1990:
)
Decrease indirect overhead rate from 83.10% to 82.60%.
i Decrease G&A rate from 10.3% to 10%.
Reduce fixed fee from 10% to 8.4%.
j Adjust proposed costs in accordance with the above changes.
Task Order No. 2 shall be in effect from June 11, 1990 through April 30, 1991, with a cost ceiling of $36,221.00.
The amount of-$33,414.00 represents the total estimated reimbursable costs, and the amount of.
52,807.00 represents the fixed fee.
