This letter will confirm your recent telephone conversation with Ms. Nina Pugh.
a member of my staff, in your letter you reouested eight categories of information for two specific contracts. NRC Contract 33-86-281 and Contract 33-89-153.
In your conversation with Ms. Pugh you were informed that copies of all NRC contracts are maintained on file at the NRC's Public Document Room (PDR).
From these contracts you can obtain the awardee's name. award date, list of specifications or statement of work.
termsofthecontract,typesofservice,contractdates, user (s),andthecostsofthe contract.
In regard to Contrac.t 33-86 281 Ms. Pugh also infonned you that the NRC has received and responded to two earlier F01A requests. F01A-86-740 and F0!A-86-780, in which copies of the technical proposals submitted for this contract were requested, l
At Ms. Pugh's suggestion, you agreed that you will contact the PDR to obtain copies of the reouested contracts along with copies of the records maintained in the above referenced FOIA file folders, in addition. NRC's staff of the Division of Contracts and Property Management has informed Ms. Pugh that three technicci proposals were received for Contract 33-86-281.
The submitters were:
Accu-Weather. WS! Corporationi and Kavouras, Inc. Only two technical proposals were received for Contract 33-89-153.
