This modification makes an administrative change to transfer $19,000.00 of funds from Fin No. 01060 to Fin No. 01082 as shown in Block 12 above and definitizes Modification No. 4 to Task Order No.14.

Pursuant to paragraph G.10, Task Orders, the contractor is authorized to perform this modification to Task Order No. 14 in accordance with the attached Statement of Work and the contractor's proposal dated May 21, 1990 i

as revised by telecon June 11, 1990 between Barbara Meehan, NRC and Tom Rodehau, SAIC, wherein it was agreed to reduce the overhead rate from 83.10% to 8 5%, the G&A rate from 10.30% to 10% and the fixed fee from 10%

to 9.5%.

Other proposed costs are adjusted accordingly.

l The work to be performed under this modification is limited to Step 1 as outlined in the contractors cost proposal.

If the effort anticipated for Step 2 is required, a modification to increase the ceiling will be issued at,that time.

The expiration date of the period of performance for Task Order No. 14 is extended through September 30, 1990.

The total cost ceiling is increased by $10,698.00 from $38,566.00 to $49,264.00.

Estimated costs are increased by $9,770.00 from $35,393.00 to $45,163.00 and the fixed fee is increased by $928.00 from $3,173.00 to $4,101.00.

All other terms and conditions of the contract, including the ceiling amount of $2,100,000.00, remain the same.
