NRC-33-89-166 The purpose of this modification is to correct a typo made in the ending date of the period of performance for this task order to read "May 11, 1990" instead of to "May 11, 1989 " Therefore, the second paragraph, first sentence of the definitized task order letter dated September 26, 1989.is revised to read as follows:
" Task Order No. ? shall be in effect from October 16, 1989 through May 11, 1990 with a cost ceiling of $80,067.00."
The above change is made at no additional cost or obligation to the Government.
1he task order ceiling amount and all other terms and conditions remain unchanged.
Acceptance of this modification should be made by executing three copies of this document in the space provided and return two copies to the Contract Administrator identified below.
You should retain the third copy for your records.
