' STORAGE TANK This technical review report completes my investigation into inadvertent l
c losses of inventory from condensate storage tanks. The investigation was-j prompted by an event at Browns Ferry-1, where 192,000' gallons of non-safety ~
s tinventory was' lost due to untimely responsive action. A review of other
?
events indicated the Browns Ferry event was typical of a previously l
established pattern'of CST draindowns,at BWRs, and these. operational
- events'did not affect plant safety.
