-Radiation Monitor Inoperable For More Than Seven Days

' At 1730 on'06/15/90, radiation monitor R-60A'(Main Steam Relief and.

Atmospheric Steam Dump Discharge) was declared. inoperable due to erroneous ,

indication. Troubleshooting isolated the problem to the detector which la accessible only-during cold shutdown. This monitor is scheduled-to be

, y repaired during the next outage of sufficient duration.  ?

. Technical Specification 3.3.3.1 requires this monitor to-be returned to i F operable status within 7 days or a Special Report must be' submitted within i the next-.14 days. Therefore, this Special. Report is being submitted.

All Technical Specification action statement requirements are being met for this radiation monitor.
