Dear Sir:
In response to your letter dated June 12, 1990, to John R. White of this office, the following pertains:
1.
Relative to your request for a meeting, we beheve that we have addressed your questions in our letter from Thomas T. Martin, Regional Administrator, dated June 11, 1990.
Without any new or additional information to consider, we can only reiterate the information provided in our previous correspondence. We would be pleased to meet with you provided you have (1) a current matter before the NRC that requires our consideration or action, or (2) a specific agenda regarding matter (s) that we have not already addressed.

Relative to your request that we maint61n the correspondence between you and the NRC as confidential, NRC policy on this matter is described in Title 10, Code of Federal Regulations Part 2.790. Absent a compelling reason to maintain such correspondence as confidential, NRC will make all documentation publicly available unless excepted from disclosure. If you propose that correspondence between you and the NRC should be excepted from public disclosure (including disclosure to RTI, Incorporated) you should submit the rationale for withholding in accordance with the specifications of Title 10, l
Code of Federal Regulations, Part 2.790(b).
