.i This letter confirms verbal authorization provided to Lou Albers on June-1, I
1990 by Brenda DuBose, of my staff, to commence work under Modification No.
1 to Task Order No. 3, effective June 1,.1990 with a temporary ceiling of 1

$3,000.00.
In accordance with Section G.5, Accelerated Task Order Procedures, of the
-l subject contract, this letter definitizes Modification No. I to Task Order No. 3.
This effort shall be performed in accordance with the enclosed l
Statement of Work and Parameter Inc.'s proposal dated May 29, 1990, incorporated herein by reference.
The period of performance for Task Order No. 3 is hereby extended from July l
31, 1990 to August 3, 1990.
The total cost ceiling is increased by 58,059.68 from $73,109.27 to $81,168.95.
The amount of $7,857.00 represents the total reimbursable costs which is increased from $71,361.56 to $79,218.56, the amount of $5.88 represents the facilities capital cost i
of money which is increased from $30.89 to $36.77, and the amount of i
$196.80 represents the fixed fee which is increased from $1,716,82 to
$1,313.62.
