Revision to Our Response Dated 4/25/90 to the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission
. In a letter submitted to your o01ce on April 25,1990, additional information was provided in support of the University of Missouri-Columbia Research Reactor's
. (MURR) application dated September 26,1986 for an amendment to the R-103 operating license.
We wish to make a revision to Technical Specifications 3.8.c and 5.5 that were sent along with our response. The revised versions are attached. We request you -
. incorporate these latest versions of Technical Specifications 3.8 and 5.5 into our
