OPERATOR REQUALIFICATION PROGRAM FOR THE REED COLLEGE TRIGA HUCLEAR REACTOR We have reviewed-the proposed operator requalification plan deteiled:in your letters of July 5,1989 and January 17, 1990. The additional information' that was needed to clarify certain aspects of the written examination ~,; opera-ting test, and on-the-job training, has been ~added in your January 17, 1990 submission. Our review indicates that the program now meets the criteria in 10 CFR Part 55, and is acceptable.
