Ltr, EG Adensam to RL Ferguson, dated 7/30/82, " Notice of Receipt of Application - WPPSS Nuclear Project No.1" The proposed Federal Register Notice transmitted with the reference ircorrectly states the design power level for WNP-1 as 3600 MWt.
The power levels for WNP-1 are:

Electrical, Net (We) rated 3760 3780 1259 design 3800 3820 1266 These are the values given in FSAR Subsection 1.1.7.
As stated in the Application and General Information, (response to 10CFR50.33) the requested license thermal core power level is 3760 MWt.
