Dear Mr. Hershey:
As a follow-up to my legal assistant Jessica Laverty's letter of June 4, 1982 to the Limerick Service List, attached hereto is a Memorandum to File prepared by Gary Zech, my technical assistant, which summarizes the events and conversations'which occurred during our visit to the Limerick plant.
The delay in getting this information to you was due to the fact that Mr. Zech has been out of town on a three-week training course and returned to a backlog cf work, maki.ng it imposs.ible for him to prepare this memorandum at an earlier date.
