LP&L committed to submitting the final report on this Significant Construction Deficiency on June 30, 1982. We are unable to meet the scheduled date.

Nonconformance Report W3-2644 is the controlling document for tracking the work activity involved in the corrective action. Upon completion of work activity, documentation review, and closure of NCR W3-2644, the final report on Significant Construction Deficiency 29 will be submitted on or before October 15, 1982.
