Dear Mr. Collins:
Louisiana Power & Light Company committed to submitting a Final Report on the subject Significant Construction Deficiency by July 12, 1982.
We are unable to submit a final report on this date.
The twelve (12) replacement coils identified have been replaced. Six (6) of the coils in question are to be returned to vendor for examination and evaluation as to coil failure.
The Final Report of Significant Construction Deficiency No. 40 will be submitted on or before September 14, 1982.
