Dear Mr. Collins:
LP&L stated in the referenced letter that a final report would be submitted by July 15, 1982. Due to the unavailability of replacement parts, the corrective action has not been completed.
Replacement relays have been ordered by Ebasco and are expected on site by mid-October. A Final Report will be issued on this Significant Construction Deficiency by November 30, 1982.
