On July 1,1982, Intervenor John Reed filed a motion to compel discovery from the State of Missouri and Callaway County.
Inasmuch as this matter involves a discovery dispute between Mr. Reed and the State and County, the Staff does not take a position on this matter at this tir.ie.
If the Licensing Board nonetheless desires the Staff's views on this matter, the Staff would be happy to file a brief on the merits of this dispute.
