. Valves for the Auxiliary Feedwater Pumps were.iri Pull-to-lock. These handswitches were immediately returned to the normal p6sitio1..
The starty procedure, OP-1, has been modified to kify these handswitches in the normal position. prior to enteriri Mode:3. Abo,.,
Surveillance Test Procedure, STP-0-62 will be modified to re<pire an

additional check of these valves prior to entering Mode 3. T#
