Dear Mr. Denton:
Clinton Power Station Unit 1 Docket No. 50-461 Final Safety Analysis Report (FSAR) Amendment No. 17 Illinois Power Company hereby files Amendment No. 17, dated July, 1982, for the Clinton Final Safety Analysis Report (CPS-FSAR).
FSAR Amendment No. 17 consists of primarily of:
a) a complete revision of Section 17.2, Quality Assurance; b) miscellaneous changes to resolve some safety evaluation report issues; c) some additions to Table 3.2-1, Classification of Systems, Components and Structures; d) some miscellaneous revisions to Chapter 7; and e) updating of several responses to NRC Staff questions and voluntary editorial changes.
Three (3) signed originals and eighty-five (85) copies are furnished for amending the FSAR sets provided to NRC per 10 CFR 50.30.
