LA SALLE DOCUMENTATION D c TRehm As requested during the June 22 Commission Meeting, enclosed are cepics of the La Salle SER and SSER Nos. 1, 2 and 3. Supplement 4 is under preparation and will be provided next week.

During the June 22 meeting, a question was raised about the appropriateness of a license condition specifying completion of the E0F, TSC and SPDS by October 1932. Enclosed is a copy of a letter from Commonwealth Edison Company (CECO) to D. G. Eisenhut dated June 4, 1932. This letter documents CECO's projected schedule for completion of Emergency Support Facilities by October 1932. As such, we propose to keep October 1982 as the appropriate com-pletion date in this licensing action.

In addition, enclosed for your infomation are copies of the report, and its addendum, prepared by Teledyne Engineering, following its independent review of one of the safety systems. This item was discussed during the June 22 briefing.

Enclosed also is a copy of a recent letter from CECO, dated June 24, 1982, wherein it is stated that CECO proposes a December 31, 1983 date for completion of the required environmental qualification of equipment per MUREG-0588. We propose to use the CECO date of December 31, 1983 in the revised La Salle license.
