6.
Peer Review Group The Contractor shall arrange, admin'ister, and conduct two (2) sessions of a Peer Review Group (PRG).
The PRG shall consist'of members, up to ten (10), as previously established under the contract.
The first PRG meeting shall follow submission of the " Draft Summary Report for Phase I" and the second PRG meeting shall follow submission of the " Draft Summary Report for Task 3".
l The Contractor shall be responsible for:
1)
Preparation and mailing of draft review documents to up to 10 PRG members.
2)
Solicitation of review comments.

Administrative arrangements, e.g., facility, location, meeting room, mailing of all required information and data, supplies such as projectors, blackboards, etc.
4)
Revisions to reports shall be incorporated, as required.
5)
Occasional consultation with members of the PRG solicited at certain points in the program as necessary.
6)
Presentations to the PRG concerning the work accomplished to date

and the proposed future program effort.
7)
Conduct of the meeting.
8)
Incorporation of all results into the program.
9)
Providing the NRC with a response to the PRG comments and a written revision to each " draft" report.
Technical review and evaluation by the panel will be coordinated at each meeting by a Chairman elected from within the PRG, independent of SWRI participation.
Participation by the Peer Group members shall be on a voluntary, no-cost basis.
