Dear Mr. Vinagro:
I have received your certified Statement of Costs dated May 14, 1982 which reflects support costs for the period 8/30/76 through 7/15/79 and 7/16/79 through 11/30/80.
Per your conversation with Rose Marie Silvis of my. staff, the cumulative support costs for this expired contract from 8/30/76 throu'gh 11/30/80 total $121,503.51.
The support teiling under Article III(a) is $122,053.00. The amount of free support is $549.49.
In order that our books will be in agreement, the free support balance of $549.49 must be deobligated. This free support includes an over-payment of $248.84 made to the University which must be refunded. Our records show an unliquidated balance of $300.65 remaining in this contract.
