Dear Mr. Wheeler:
This is in response to your letter dated June 18, 1982, in which you requested, pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, copies of all documents, regarding Atlas Machine & Iron Works, Inc., as described in the two categories stated in your letter.
In response to your request, enclosed is a copy of a letter dated October 14, 1981 to Mr. Alan Hardt, at the NRC's Atlanta, Georgia office, from Mr. R. F. Reedy. We understand that the enclosure referenced in Mr.
Reedy's letter was introduced into the civil litigation in which you were involved.
Further, we understand you are already in possession of all other documents submitted to the NRC by Messrs. Reedy, Herbert or Lundin, and that there was no NRC response to Mr. Reedy's letter dated October 14, 1981.
This completes action on your request.
