MOCEDURE 1.
The Technical Directcr will initially go to the Control Pcom to cbtain current plant status ( Attacnment A) and then relocate to the-TSC.
2.
Ensure that appropriate Tecnnical support staff have been centacted and instructed on where to report (Technical Director Assistants, Grcup Leacers, anc Cedicated Ccmmunicatien Assistants report to the TSC.
Technical Croup Leacer Assistants report to the OSC.)
3.
Ensure that CR-TSC (Seige Phone) ccmmunicatico link is. established.
I 4.
Make an estimate of the extent of the emergency and make reccmmendations to the Station Director.
Keep the Station Director informed of the plant status and assist in 5.
emergency anc restoratien plannirg.
6.
Evaluate vital plant parameters using Attacnment A where necessary to determine the overall condition of safety-related systems, the core, and fission precuct barriers.
7.
Prepare recuired procedures in sucport of recovery cperations.
