THIS SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENT, effective the 15th day of June 19 82, by and between the UfliTED STATES OF AMERJCA (hereinafter referred to as the
" Government"), ai represented by the UtilTED STATES fiUCLEAR REGULATORY COMM.lS-SION (hereiNfr.er referred to as the " Commission"), and THE UNIVERSITY OF OKLAHO"A (hereinafter referred to as the " Contractor").

WHEREAS, the parties desire to modify Contract N6. fiRC 04-76-314 as hereinafter provided, and this supplemental agreement is authori7ed by law, including the g
Energy Reorganization Act of 1974, as amended, and the Atomic Energy Act of 1954, as amended.
NOW, THEREFORE, said cobtract is hereby modified a's follows:
