i Mrs. Juanita Ellis President, CASE 1
1426 South Polk Street l
Dallas, Texas 75224
Dear Juanita:
a You will recall that Judge Miller suggested at the last hearing (Tr. 1842) that the parties cooperate in the handling of documentary evidence to be introduced at the forthcoming hearings.
Judge Miller indicated that "all exhibits be previously displayed to opposing counsel, numbered and listed.
" and that the parties stipulate as to admis-sibility where possible.
This will advise you that on July 16, Applicants will attempt to provide to you and the NRC Staff a list of
' exhibits which they intend to submit at the forthcoming hearings.
We trust that CASE, in response to Judge Miller's request, will provide the Applicants and NRC Staff with a similar list.
Adherence to this procedure will allow the forthcoming hearings to proceed more efficiently, a result
}
which we all seek.
