SMUD has completed its review of the proposed Generic Letter and has no comment.
Your letter was incorrectly addressed to John J. Mattimoe, B & W Owners Group.
Patsy Baynard, of Florida Power Corporation, is the Chairman of the B & W Owners Group.
In order to save time, SMUD forwarded a copy of your letter to each B & W Owner and suggested that they respond on their own without going through one individual.
We understand that the other licensees who have comments will respond on their own.
