Dear Mr. Denton:
This letter transmits data on well depths and groundwater strata for wells No. 2, 3, 6 and 7, which were inadvertently excluded from the Semi-Annual Environmental Operating Report for the first half of 1975 as required by the Donald C. Cook Nuclear Plant Appendix B Technical Specification 4.1.1.5.
These data are to be included in Appendix C of the Annual Environmental Operating Report for 1981 which we transmitted via our letter No. AEP:NRC:0676 dated April 7, 1982.
This document has been prepared following Corporate procedures which incorporate a reasonable set of controls to ensure its accuracy and completeness prior to signature by the undersigned.
