I am greatly disturbed to learn that the NRC is planning on licensing the Clinch River Breeder Reactor without at least updating the 1977 Final Environmental Impact Statement.
Important, relevant information including major changes in the design of the CRBR reactoy9essel and fuel core have come to light since the FEIS was published and it is important that this be considered publicly. I would urge you to issue a draft supplement to the'FEIS regarding Clinch River and would appreciate receiving a copy of this document.
