G. Keppler July 13, 1982 Because LaSalle County Station is a 2 unit plant, and because of the obvious operational importance to have both units' programs based on the same code requirements, Commonwealth Edison has decioeo to utilize the Winter, 1980 addenda f or both units.

The re f o re, the LaSalle County Station Unit 1 Inservice Inspection Program has been upgraded to the Winter,1980 Addenda, even though it is a newer code than required by Reference (c).

Enclosed for your use are four (4) sets of the two volume Revision 1, Inservice Inspection Program, LaSalle County Station, Unit 1.

This submittal is being made at this time to allow an early initiation of your review of the program.

It should be noted that tabs 36 and 42 are currently incomplete.

The missing information is expected to be provided to you within the next two months.

As noted above, the Unit 2 Preservice Inspection Program has been updated to the requirements of the Winter, 1980 addenda.
