Dear Mr. Collins:
In referenced letter, a request for an extension for submittal of a final report was issued as rcplacement parts needed for completion of corrective action had not been received.
Parts have subsequently been received and placed on " hold" and awaiting proper documentation from supplier.
Corrective action should be completed by July 30, 1982, at which time a final report will be submitted.
