Significant Construction Deficiency No. 45 "AKR 50 Relay Bell Switch Mounting Failure" l

Dear Mr. Collins:
The material installation and rework required to correct the "AKR 50 Relay Bell Switch Mounting Failure" has now been completed by LP&L personnel. EBASCO is now compiling those required documents to provide closure of this SCD-45.
The final report will be submitted on July 23, 1982.
