Now, therefore, the following changes are made:

A.

Under Section 3.0 Consideration and Payment, the following changes are made:

Article 3.1 Estimated Cost and Award Fee, delete Paragraph 4 in its entirety and substitute the following paragraph in lieu thereof:

P "4.- Total funds currently available for payment and allotted to m

this contract are $915,000.00, of which $870,714.00 represents l

estimated reimbursable costs, and of which $44,286.00 represents available award fee for the period November 23, 1981 through l

September 30, 1982.

In summary, this modification increases total contract obligations by

$35,000.00 from $880,000.00 to $915,000.00. Specifically, reimburseable f

costs are being increased by $57,145.00 from $813,569.00 to $870,714.00 and Available Award Fee is being decreased by $22,145.00 from $66,431.00 to $44,286.00.
